Ten Questions Leaders Should Ask to start 2021 Strong.

We asked our Genysys Consultants to share one question they felt was most important for leaders to ask as we leave 2020 behind and move into a new year.

​Beginnings and endings are often transformational times. Genysys Group consultants are organizational transformation experts. They work with large and small companies on initiating and sustaining meaningful organizational transformation. We asked these experts on transformation to share the single most important question that leadership should be asking as we end 2020 and move into 2021.

Questions are important tools that help use think in new ways. Use one or all of these questions to create clarity and vision for your team in the transition and transformation as we move into a new year. ​
